how to make chicken curry japanese Bachelor Special Recipe-Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
Chicken – 600g
Tomato – 2 (Roughly chopped)
Onion – 1 medium
Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed)
Garlic – 8 fat cloves (Crushed)
Green chilly (Slit open)
Capsicum – ½
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder - ¾ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1½ tbsp
Pepper powder - ½ tbsp
Garam masala
Salt
Oil

Steps:
Grind tomato to a smooth paste without adding water.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly.
When the onion becomes soft, lower the flame and add turmeric powder. Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add coriander powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add red chilly powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add pepper powder.
Add tomato paste, salt and coriander leaves.
Cover and cook till the oil separates.
Add chicken and garam masala.
Cover and cook on low flame till the chicken releases moisture.
Then cook on medium flame.
Once chicken is cooked, add capsicum and coriander leaves.
Don't overcook the capsicum.
Switch off. Enjoy the chicken curry with rice or chapathi.
