cauliflower masala curry andhra style Cauliflower Thoran /Cauliflower With Coconut Kerala Style

Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1 small (Separated into small florets)
Grated coconut – 2 handfuls
Onion – 1 small
Dry red chilly
Green chilly
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds - ¾ tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Coconut oil

Steps:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Add dry red chilly.
Add onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
When the onion becomes soft, lower the flame and add turmeric powder. Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add pepper powder.
Add cauliflower, coconut and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on medium flame.
Do not overcook cauliflower. Don't add water while cooking.
Enjoy the cauliflower thoran with rice.
